This is me, Gavin. Veterran, Rugby Player, Dad, Husband, First Aid Instructor. I have recently left the Armed Forces (22 years service), I have visited Afghanistan and Sierra Leone as a medic and now work in the NHS as an Operating Department Practitioner. I am passionate about rugby, I play and coach at @srufc_ and @srufcminijuniors . I am fully qualified to teach First Aid and Mental Health First Aid for your business, sports club or community group.
